In order to contribute to closing inequality gaps that affect women, the Fish for Life II project works to incorporate the gender approach as one of its principles. As a first stage, the internal workshop held in July 2015 ended with the definition of strategic lines, in addition to having trained 16 project technicians (seven men and nine women). The gender strategy is developed transversally and based on four policies linked to the project management cycle.
